Some staff will arrive earlier based upon their role, required training, and desire to help open camp. Other staff will stay longer to work with post-camp groups and help close down camp. Exact dates will be discussed in your interview.

More About Camp Emerson
Camp Emerson, a coed overnight camp in the stunning Berkshires of western Massachusetts, offers diverse activities for campers and exciting opportunities for staff. As a specialty counselor, you’ll teach specific activities, live in a cabin with campers, and take part in the full camp experience, including evening events and special activities. Unlike general counselor roles, all staff specialize in a skill or activity and must have experience teaching children ages 7-15 or significant expertise in their field.
