Cayuga provides service to/from Newark Airport (EWR) and JFK Airport (JFK). Before making flight arrangements, read the camp’s Airport Instructions, which are accessible from your online account. For arrivals, our staff will meet your child at his terminal. Our staff will have a photo ID, and will be wearing a red Cayuga Staff Shirt. The staff member's name will be emailed to you about 2 days before the flight date. For departures, we accompany your child to the airline’s terminal, and remain at the airport until your child’s plane is in the air.
ARRIVALS AT AIRPORT
Campers are instructed to call their parents before departing the airport for camp. If this is not possible, the camp will notify you via email or telephone to inform you that your child has arrived safely.
PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, PHOTOGRAPHS
Parents can set-up telephone appointments to speak with their child at camp. You can also email your child daily from your online account. To see your child having fun at camp, login to your online account and click 'photos' on your dashboard. Hundreds of photos are posted daily.
