Thank you for your interest in working with Amplify Arts Project in sunny California! Our camp is only as good as the staff it hires. That is why we search the country for the most experienced and enthusiastic staff members we can find.
We’re Hiring!
We’re always looking for talented teammates. Summer staff roles typically last 5–9 weeks, though please note we give priority to staff who can work the full summer season. Everyone is required to attend orientation before campers arrive.
We have several different positions to suit different interests and skillsets. For the summer/camp season, all core camp staff positions include room and board 🌞

More About Amplify Sleep Away Camp
Amplify Sleep Away Program is an award-winning summer camp for girls in grades three through twelve. In a secure and supportive atmosphere, Amplify's experienced staff of mentors allows campers to follow their ambitions, have fantastic new experiences, and make lifelong friends and excellent role models.
Amplify attracts campers from all over the world and allows them to spend time being creative without judgment or expectation, whether they want to perform in a band, shoot a music video, skateboard, DJ, or anything else.
Amplify Sleep Away Camp strives to challenge gender stereotypes, inspire peer cooperation and tolerance, and create a safe environment for girls of all backgrounds to express themselves—to AMPLIFY their voices as their authentic selves.
