- Move throughout camp and stay active during long shooting days
- Adjust quickly when schedules, weather, or programming change
- Select, edit, organize, and upload photos on a regular basis
- Work closely with camp leadership to make sure important events and age groups are covered
- Manage photography equipment and maintain an organized workflow
What we’re looking for
Strong candidates should have previous photography experience and a solid understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, and action photography. Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software is preferred.
Applicants should also have a strong portfolio or examples of previous work that demonstrate their photography skills. Sports photography experience is a big plus, especially for someone comfortable capturing fast-paced action.
Just as important, we’re looking for someone with a great personality who connects naturally with kids. You should be outgoing, flexible, comfortable working independently, and ready to change plans quickly when camp life takes an unexpected turn.
