Beyond Our Activities
Camp Robin Hood is known for its vibrant traditions that create lifelong memories and help define the unique spirit of camp life. These traditions bring campers together, foster a sense of belonging, and create shared experiences that are remembered long after the summer ends.
Green & White
One of the most anticipated events of the summer is “Green & White,” a multi-day color war that brings the entire camp together in friendly competition. Campers are divided into two teams—Green and White—and participate in a wide range of activities that test athletic ability, creativity, teamwork, and camp spirit.
Events can include sports competitions, relay races, creative performances, and problem-solving challenges. The energy builds throughout the event, culminating in a final celebration that highlights the camaraderie and excitement shared by all campers. While competition is part of the experience, the true focus is on teamwork, participation, and having fun together.
Special Events
Beyond Green & White, Camp Robin Hood offers a variety of special events that keep each day fresh and exciting. These may include themed days, evening socials, talent shows, campfires, and all-camp games.
These moments break up the daily routine and give campers opportunities to express themselves, try something new, and connect with others in a relaxed and joyful setting. Whether it’s dressing up for a themed night or performing in front of peers, these events help build confidence and create lasting memories.
