Camp Mah-Kee-Nac offers an unforgettable summer job experience in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts, just a few hours from both Boston and New York City. Staff live and work in a stunning lakeside setting, surrounded by natural beauty and a close-knit camp community.

We’re looking for energetic, responsible individuals who bring strong character, leadership, and a genuine desire to inspire and guide boys throughout the summer. Whether you’re leading activities, supporting cabin life, or helping run specialized programs, you’ll play a meaningful role in each camper’s growth.

KenMont for Boys and KenWood for Girls is hiring for summer 2027!

KenMont and KenWood Camp is looking for staff members who have a love for working with children, enjoy being part of a team, and believe that mutual respect and positive values can make a difference in a child’s individual development.

As a staff member your responsibilities include guiding children to build good habits, make sound personal judgments and embrace the fundamentals of teamwork. We believe in a work ethic which embraces playing, cheering, learning, caring, and having fun while never losing sight of the ultimate goals of safety and responsible leadership.

We are looking for special individuals who feel comfortable being a child’s role model, provide genuine warmth and sound decision making. Our emphasis is on having our campers build lasting friendships within a family atmosphere of warmth and caring. Our camp environment nurtures development of individual character, self-confidence, and the learning of new skills.

New cabin staff must be completing high school in 2027 or a college student to apply to work at camp.

Chipinaw and Silver Lake are hiring for summer 2027!

Thank you for your interest in working at Camp Chipinaw and Silver Lake. Our summer camp is only as good as the staff it hires. That is why we search the globe for the most experienced and enthusiastic staff members we can find, from England to Australia and across the US.

We are looking for general counselors, specialist counselors, leadership positions, and support staff for the upcoming summer. The leadership roles we fill each summer range from department heads and group leaders to medical staff and office assistants. Our support staff members work behind the scenes as kitchen staff, maintenance workers, groundskeepers, and housekeepers to ensure the day to day operations of camp are handled professionally. Generally, most of our counselors are aged between nineteen and twenty-five, while our leadership staff are more experienced and have worked their way up the camp ladder.

Camp Robin Hood is hiring for summer 2027!

At Camp Robin Hood we truly are a family. Head Counselor Chuck Illig began at Robin Hood in 1965, Associate Director Michelle Brockman in 1990, and Head of Riding/Office Manager Diane Morath in 1993. Our director Woody is a former camper, counselor, and camp parent who understands the unique responsibilities—and rewards—of working at Camp Robin Hood. When you come to Robin Hood, you can expect constant support, encouragement, and advice from our supremely experienced Leadership Team.

If you accept a job at Robin Hood, you will be working at one of the most beautiful places in New England. Founded in 1927, we are located in the picturesque White Mountains and along the shores of the Broad Bay section of Lake Ossipee. Your office will be 180 acres of flat fields, towering pine trees, and pristine lakeside waterfront.

The health and happiness of our campers are of paramount importance to us. In order to prepare you for the experience of working at camp, all new staff members must participate in a six-day pre-camp orientation to create the foundation for a successful and memorable summer.
