Rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE: food (including lobster dinner), lodging, activities, equipment and linens and towels. The only additional and completely optional costs are for massages from a licensed therapist and Camp Canteen purchases (t-shirts, waterbottles, postcards etc…).
Children under 2 are FREE!

A non-refundable deposit of $100 must accompany your application.
One half of the total tuition is due February 1st, 2016.
The balance is due by May 1st, 2016.

Assuming there is still availability (the week is not listed as “FULL”), you may continue to register for camp right up until the camp week begins.
Changing of weeks
There is a $100 fee to change weeks once you are registered.
Medomak will make all attempts to honor requests for specific cabins; however, requests cannot always be accommodated, and cabins will ultimately be assigned based on the varied needs and circumstances of the week.
Families of 3 or less
Almost all of our cabins are designed to sleep up to 6 people and all attempts are made to house all our families in our larger cabins. In the event of a full week where space may be a concern, a family that has 2-3 people may be lodged in a smaller cabin designed to sleep up to 3 people. Cabin assignments are made on a first come, first served basis and/or to accommodate the various needs of the overall group as determined by the camp.
Prior to March 1st, 2016 tuition is refundable less the $100 deposit.
After March 1st, 2016 tuition is refundable, less a $250 cancellation fee and $100 deposit.
Cancellations made less than 8 weeks from the date of your arrival will render tuition non-refundable unless the vacated accomodations are filled by others on our waiting list. In the case that an accomodation is filled by someone on our waitlist, tuition will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee and a $100 deposit.
Cancellations must be made by speaking with a Medomak Director.
A $25 cancelled check fee will be charged for returned checks.
