About International Sports Training Camp

When we ask our campers and staff to describe ISTC for us, time and again we hear “you just have to experience it to understand it”. We think that ISTC is as much an irrepressibly happy feeling as it is a physical place, and everyone that enters through our gates gets to experience the magic.

On the surface, we are a breathtakingly beautiful 500-acre facility in the heart of the Pocono Mountains with modern camper cabins, pristine sports fields, and an incredibly picturesque 100-acre private lake for over 325 campers each week to enjoy. Underneath, we are a family, a network of positive likeminded people from all over the world who share a love for sports and kids. And on the day-to-day level, we are a place where campers never stop smiling from the moment they wake up until the moment their heads hit their pillows!

We combine sports with life lessons and wrap it up in a one-week (or multiple week!) camp experience that stays with campers long after they leave.
